Details - Domain Name Renewals/Transfers

• General transfers are performed free of charge.
• For gTLD's, a renewal fee is usually required (see Registration page for pricing) when transferring registrars
• .au domains will only require a renewal fee where the transfer is initiated within 30 days of normal renewal..
• Some domains are a right royal pain to transfer (Registrar locks the domain, email address of the registered owner no-longer exists, domain has been registered by a web hosting company that can't be contacted, etc). In these cases a small administrative fee of $49 'maybe' applied where an excessive amount of time and effort is requited for the transfer.
• In every case, when a domain is transfered to us, or hosted by us, if you wish to move somewhere else or get a better offer, simply contact us and we'll happily provide all details necessary.
• Renewal notices are sent out 90/30/14/7/3 days prior to renewal (this is automated). We normally only renew once we've had approval or within the last 30 days.
